There goes that little, Written Song
Whistling as quietly she walks along
The old and rusty roads of time.
The painter strives to match her rhyme,
The weaver works to catch her rhythm.
Their thoughts mislead them on and on
To the edge of the cliff of the end of all,
Off which they soon and sadly fall,
Never once embracing the answer
To the mystery of the marvel of the Song.
The Written Song that's being sung, well,
She's the whisper of that One
Who glows the glory of blood-stained heart -
Mighty Maker, Origin and Start -
The love that knit the human soul,
The Friend alone to make us whole.

Yay, Jesus 
Lots of people have labored to write and draw and make music to describe humanity, but they've tried so hard to explain God away in the midst of all of it. Secular humanism has driven us to this place where we believe that we, humans, are innately good and beautiful without God, but it's not true. Human beings were created by God and for God and to reflect Who God is. He has created us, not we ourselves, and it is Jesus that makes us beautiful.
